Having juggled the reality of entrepreneurship, family, and personal responsibilities, she knows how quickly overwhelm can turn into burnout when there’s no real support behind the scenes.
Her own experience helped Kara recognize the problem: even the most capable, high-performing people needed reliable, thoughtful help. They needed meaningful support.
