Heather has a remarkable ability to step into a situation, assess what’s needed, and simply make things easier. She brings a calm, flexible, and thoughtful presence to every home she supports.
Recently, Heather’s client was navigating an especially stressful move. After a difficult experience with the movers, Heather proactively offered to come in on her day off to help. She took on the tasks her client was dreading, helped sort through items to sell and dispose of, and brought a sense of calm to an otherwise overwhelming process.
Her client shared:
“I just wanted to send a shout out to the amazing Heather! I was in tears last night after a terrible experience with the movers and Heather proactively suggested she come and help today even though it was her day off! It was such a huge help as she took on the things I was dreading the most without skipping a beat. She has also been a ninja at helping us dispose and sell things from our old home! I have finally been able to relax this evening and Heather has been instrumental in helping our family with this stressful move!”

Heather doesn’t simply complete the task in front of her. She thinks about what will make the next day easier. She notices what needs to happen before it becomes urgent. She adapts when plans change and she builds trust quickly.
