New clients start with a 6-month minimum commitment. Our goal is long term success and most of our clients stay with us for years.
Can I hire you for a one time job?
No, we only offer ongoing services with a minimum of a part-time package and a six-month commitment. Our value comes from building long-term relationships with our clients.
Will you protect my privacy?

Our recruiting team will look and recruit for a PA specific to your needs since each PA has different qualities and experiences. We’ll look for someone who can help you with event planning and travel arrangement if that’s what your priorities or specific needs are. Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we are a fully insured and bonded company with a Washington State business license. We value your trust and do everything we can to put your mind at ease.
What is the cost of hiring a personal assistant?
We offer two types of package:
- Part-Time Household Assistant starting at $1650/week
- Full-Time Household Manager starting at $3300 /week
**There is a one time non-refundable Getting Started Fee of $2500, addition to your weekly service charge. You pay that once and PPA takes care of everything else!
What happens if I want to cancel the service?
No problem, the client must email us with a two-month advance notice to cancel the service. If a client terminates before the six-month commitment is complete, the full remaining balance for the six months is due.
